Timur was born in geographical center of Europe -- city of Minsk in December 19, 1970.
In 1991 he moved to Moscow and became the youngest staff photographer
of weekly newspaper Moscow News. He specialized in cover photos, editorial and news photography. Timur
took pictures of political elite of Russia -- Mikhail Gorbachev, Boris Yeltsin and etc. But being passion with fashion photography Timur left Moscow News on the
peak of his photojournalism career.
He started from shooting models portfolios and quickly moved on to shoot
assignments for glamorous magazines. In a couple of years he became one of
the best and successful fashion photographer.
He was one of the first Russian photographers shooting covers for Russian edition
of PLAYBOY magazine.
In present time he successfully collaborates with all major Russian edition magazines
including VOGUE, Harper's BAZAAR, ELLE, GQ, PLAYBOY, MAXIM, MAXIM Fashion,
InStyle, COSMOPOLITAN, PREMIERE, MANíS FITNESS, MARIE CLAIRE, FHM,
FORD magazine, PSYCHOLOGIES, SEVENTEEN, XXL, MADAME FIGARO
and ROLLING STONE.

rock music. World and Olympic Games champions.
Also, Timur produces beautiful advertising images.
His clients are: BENTLEY, SIEMENS, Mercedes-Benz, PORSCHE, CHRYSLER,
SUBARU, JAGUAR, LEXUS, VOLVO, ALFA-BANK, SAAB, SAMSUNG, Ligne Roset,
BOSCH, and FORD.
Throughout his career Timur was deeply inspired by work of Richard Avedon,
Robert Mapplethorpe, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Herb Ritts, Alexander Rodchenko,
Diane Arbus, Helmut Newton, Man Ray, Bill Brandt, and Ansel Adams.
He was lucky enough to talk to Helmut Newton in Moscow in 2003 and
meet Richard Avedon in New York in autumn of 2003.
Since October 2003 Timur has been dividing his life between Moscow and New York.
He says the aura of these two cities is the biggest inspiration for his photography work.
